DEVICE NEST – WARRANTY, RETURN & EXCHANGE

POLICY

Warranty Period: Device Nest provides a functional warranty of 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.

3-Day Replacement / Return: 3 days no-questions-asked replacement/return valid once per user.

Warranty Coverage:

• All Device Nest products are tested and sold in full working condition.

• Covers manufacturing and functional defects only.

• Compatible charger included under warranty; charger need not be returned for replacement.

• Replacement charger shipped within 14 working days.

• Warranty not applicable after 90 days unless an additional warranty has been purchased.

• Invoice and IMEI must be retained.

Repair / Replacement:

• 3-day repair or replacement guarantee for verified issues.

• Free pickup and drop for valid claims.

• Replacement device provided if beyond economic repair.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs.

• Tampered serial numbers or broken seals.

• Theft or loss.

• Battery coverage up to 90 days; accessories up to 90 days.

• Non-OEM parts cannot be claimed solely for warranty.

Unboxing:

Video and photos during unboxing are mandatory to claim physical damage.

Return Policy (3 Days):

Functional defects including network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, audio, camera, touchscreen, buttons, sensors, charging

issues, or DOA.

Physical damage at unboxing only with video proof.

Exchange Policy:

No direct exchanges. Replacement only for major functional issues.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
